For over four decades, I've been immersed in the vibrant world of food and beverage. My journey began with waitressing, where I learned the fundamentals of hospitality and the importance of creating a welcoming environment.  But it was behind the bar where I truly found my calling.

With 20 years experience under my belt, I've been a bartender, not just serving drinks, but making them special. I know all the classics and love creating new, exciting drinks as well. My knowledge extends far beyond the classics, encompassing new and trendy concoctions.  Whether you're seeking a perfectly-executed Old Fashioned or a flavor adventure that pushes the boundaries, I'm here to guide you.
